I am a freelance medical writer with over 7 years of experience writing for medical professionals and general audiences. With an extensive science background and effective writing skills, you can depend on me to deliver accurate materials geared toward your audience on time.

 

I have always had a fascination with science and a talent for writing. I followed my fascination by earning a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Texas, Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2003. After 7 years of post-graduate medical research in oncology, I decided to combine my science background with my talent for writing to become a freelance medical writer in 2011.

I am a member of the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) and have completed the AMWA Essential Skills Certificate in Medical Writing.
